Spring bass fishing is just about as good as bass fishing gets. The bass are hungry, assertive and simple to catch. They may strike your lure even though they are not hungry sometimes just because they will not put up with the presence of other fish around it, particularly if they’re still defending their nest. It’s also a point when hormones turned on by the heat cause some awfully assertive behaviour in males. When the 1st full moon hits, this is when they spawn. Ensure you take a look at your local laws for spring bass fishing season before heading out as it is unlawful in most states to fish in the spawn. Naturally , they understand that in the spawn, they will not be eating. Hence one week before the first full moon in the spring, is a superb time to go bass fishing.
